Leather patch hat pricing
All-in means blank hat plus laser-engraved leather patch, glued. Prices below are per hat for the Richardson 112 snapback trucker (blank $13.50). Other styles use the same decoration column with their own blank price. Price breaks every 24 pieces. No minimum. Battle Born Clothing quotes usually go out the same business day.

What the all-in price includes
- The blank hat (Richardson 112 at $13.50 in the table; other styles priced on your quote).
- Your logo laser-engraved into leather on our OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser and cut to shape.
- Patch attached with our heat process on a two-platen hat press.
- A digital proof before production and a free redo if we make an error.
- Packing for shipment. Shipping is quoted by weight and destination.

Use these with any blank we stock, or with hats you supply (add $2 per item handling).

Cap embroidery includes a $1 cap surcharge. Embroidery over 6,000 stitches is quoted per design. Same logo, same order: every style counts toward the same price break.
One-time fees
- Laser-engraved leather patch: no digitizing fee. We engrave from your vector file.
- Embroidery (if you add it): $18.99 one-time digitizing per design, standard 2-day.
- Screen printing is not used on hats; no screen fees apply here.
Add-ons
- Sewn-on patch instead of glued: +$1.00 per hat.
- Patch front plus embroidered side or back text: add the cap embroidery rate for your quantity plus $18.99 digitizing once.
- Richardson 112 XL or other size variants: quoted with the blank.
- Personalized patches (a different name on each hat): quoted per job.
Customer-supplied hats
$2.00 per item handling on top of the decoration price. Example: 48 of your own hats with a glued leather patch is $7.00 + $2.00 = $9.00 each. We apply the industry-standard ~4% spoilage allowance to supplied goods and aim for zero.
Rush orders
Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval. Rush is quoted per job; put your in-hand date on the quote form.
